This project as its name is in the shape of Pearl shale in the plan, the complete design is developed from the 3D Rivet model. Front crown cladding is designed with minimum joints for a seamless look as per architects' intent.  

Vertical steel columns are spanning from 6m to 19 m without and a horizontal member . 

A dead load of the complete facade is at top roof wave truss to mitigate 3 dimension installation tolerances in the installation of roof and facade setout 100% as per Rivet model we have provided unique bracket solution for each vertical member with supporting structural analysis. 

The project looks stunning and one of kind structure.
